Today I arrived in New York and my passport was waiting for me at my sisters house. I'm very relieved/happy that it was delivered on time. I filed for it in Tempe, AZ where I attend school, but had to expedite the shipment and have it sent to NY to have it ready for me to leave to Kigali by the 8th. Since I will be running a basketball camp while I am in Rwanda, I am trying to bring as many supplies as possible with me. I was able to gather quite a bit of materials to take over there, but it wasn't without help from a lot of people. I want to give a big thanks to my good friends Brenton Gunn, and Terrell Lester and his family for donating a lot of quality basketball shoes and attire for me to bring to the kids in Kigali. With your guys' help I was able to get over 30 pairs of shoes to take to the studio! They are really going to make a big difference! Also thank you to my whole family for helping me get together 2 basketball pumps, and as many toys, basketballs, and apparel as we could bring with us. I am very excited to get over there, meet all of the kids, and get the camp started. 4 days to go!
